Any recommendation provided by our tools, calculators, or fitment guides is an estimate and a starting point only, and does not guarantee compatibility or performance for your specific bike, shock, or riding style. You are responsible for confirming that a product fits your equipment before use.

4. Fitment, Installation, and Safe Use
Our products are performance components for off-road cycling and must be installed and used correctly. You are responsible for ensuring the correct product is selected for your shock and frame, that it is installed by a competent person in accordance with our instructions, and that it is inspected and maintained appropriately.
Cycling, and mountain biking in particular, carries inherent risks of serious injury or death. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept those risks. You are responsible for wearing appropriate protective equipment and riding within your ability. If you are unsure about fitment or installation, stop and contact us or a qualified bike mechanic before riding.
5. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order.
6. Shipping and Returns
