Warranty and exchanges

Warranty

When used as directed, Sprindex is guaranteed for 2 years from date of purchase to be free of defects. Sprindex, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the defective product. To make a claim, if you bought your Sprindex from a retailer, contact your retailer for warranty help. If you bought your Sprindex directly from our website, contact us at info@sprindex.com for warranty help.

EXCHANGES

If you bought your Sprindex from a retailer and want to exchange it for a different spring rate range:  Contact your retailer for exchanges.

If you bought your Sprindex directly from our website, we will exchange your Sprindex for another up to 2 weeks after purchase.  See our country list to determine if you are in one of the countries where we have a distributor or not.

For customers in a country covered by one of our distributors:

Customers should get a Return Authorization from us and then send your (perfect condition, packaging intact) Sprindex to the distributor for that country with your RA # on the outside of the box. You pay to ship returned Sprindex to the distributor and we pay to send the replacement back to you. There is a $15 restocking fee for exchanges and no fee for warranty.

For customers in a country NOT covered by one of our distributors:

Customers should get a Return Authorization from us and then send your (perfect condition, packaging intact) Sprindex to Essanty in Taiwan with your RA # on the outside of the box. You pay to ship returned Sprindex to Essanty and we pay to send the replacement back to you. There is a $15 restocking fee for exchanges and no fee for warranty.
